If The Sock Fits
And it does. I am today's official Cinderelly.
Tommy likey. Tommy want wingie.
Nice heel.
And... there wasn't much yarn left from that skein. My original plan had been to knit the foot as far as I could and finish the skein with the toe. I wasn't sure I could get it long enough for my enormous foot, but there was plenty to do so, and plenty left over for a future sock yarn experiment that is yet unnamed. So it's official, I can knit one sock for myself and one sock for my nephew out of one skein of Lorna's Laces. I wonder how long that will last.
So what should I cast on now? The other sock, you say? But... what fun is that? All kidding aside, I have been working on my Mango Moon bag... I have two pieces done! The good news with that one is that I'll be able to make the entire bag from the two skeins of Mango Moon that I already had and I won't have to buy more. Woo hoo! Sorry I don't have pictures of the pieces. Maybe I'll show you, maybe I won't. Who can tell?

Come on! Show us pictures! With something in it for scale. Or not - that might be fun too.
I definitely think you should cast on another shawl. And finish it in 16 days. Blocking included.
BTW, the photos aren't showing because you have a setting checked (or unchecked, whatever the case may be) that suppresses profile photos).
Thanks, Joy! I never would have figured out that it was my fault without your help. :) Anyway, there are everyone's pictures. Woo hoo!
Oh, and Joy? You're crazy. No more shawls for a while. Crazy head. Crazy crazy crazy. And I'll show you photos when I want to show you photos. I like Grins best. :)
:P~~~~~
Well, I suppose you're allowed to like Grins best, now that I know who that is. (Hi Grins!)
I wonder if that mustard alpaca silk would make a good shawl?
I love the socks! Secretly I hoped they were for me, but I supposed you've earned them.
I believe that more shawls are definitely in order.
(Hi Grins! Welcome to blogland!)
